Recognized as a trusted expert in title and closing matters, she has successfully facilitated thousands of purchase and refinancing transactions.
After college, Avenaim started her career in the fast-paced world of hammer trading at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where she gained skills in client service and high-stakes decision-making. “I have a deep passion for helping people navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties,” she shares. “As one of the leading closers in the business, I also collaborate extensively with attorneys, lenders and peers to deliver smooth, informed closings.”
A licensed global advisor and Realtor with Baird & Warner, Avenaim specializes in residential and commercial transactions throughout the North Shore and greater Chicago area, including Deerfield, Riverwoods, Highland Park, Northbrook, Glencoe and downtown Chicago neighborhoods. She also represents clients in Delray Beach and Boca Raton in South Florida. “My firsthand knowledge of local communities, paired with my national and global insight, makes me a powerful advocate for clients across a range of property types and geographies,” she says.
Avenaim currently serves on the board of directors for the Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. She is also a committee chair for Pacific Alliance Group and participates in policy and government affairs through the Government Policies and Issues Committee and the Realtors Political Action Committee. She was a board member of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors and remains involved with the National Notary Association, the National Association of Realtors and the DBR Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of real estate, Avenaim enjoys spending time with her three adult sons. She also enjoys fitness, golfing, horseback riding and traveling.
