Fragoso mentors other agents, helping them build a successful and profitable real estate career. “I manage this new brokerage in the Chicago area with the hopes to contribute to other agents that are looking to be successful in real estate,” he says. “I am a product of the system, training and community we have built here, and we are always looking to connect with other professionals looking to grow to new levels both in business and in life.”
Currently, 90% of Fragoso’s clients are referrals. He was named a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors and ranks among NAHREP’s top 250 Latino agents. He also ranks among Mainstreet Realtors’ top 1% of small teams and RealTrends + Tom Ferry’s top 1% of individual agents.
