With more than two decades of mortgage lending experience, Natasha L. Robinson has built a career rooted in advocacy, education and empowerment. A Chicago native with a degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration, she was inspired early on by the lack of financial resources and fair lending in her community. That drive led her from processing loans to becoming a nationally recognized renovation lending expert, committed to expanding access to homeownership in urban markets.
Licensed in 19 states, Robinson specializes in FHA, VA, conventional, renovation and down payment assistance loans. Her deep knowledge and process-driven approach make her a trusted guide for first-time buyers, investors and clients tackling complex financing. Known for her transparency, creativity and ability to follow through with clients, she leads a team of licensed professionals who ensure every client receives hands-on support with boutique-level service.
Robinson has received numerous accolades. She was named a 2023 Top FHA Loan Officer (Women) in Illinois, as well as a Top Renovation Specialist and President’s Club honoree with her firm. She was additionally named a 2025 Women of Excellence honoree by the Chicago Defender. A graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, she is also an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.
Through her founding of the Building Dreams Foundation, Robinson offers financial literacy programs and events, including the Black Friday Wealth Symposium. “I’m on a mission to close the wealth gap through education and access to homeownership,” she explains.
Outside of the office, Robinson mentors young women, hosts live events at her restaurant and finds joy in her travel and family time. Whether she’s structuring a complex deal or helping a buyer rebuild credit, she brings energy, expertise and a deep belief in turning dreams into keys.
