Lori Johanneson is a Naperville resident who has lived in the Chicago suburbs for over 25 years. She became familiar with the communities she serves during her first year in real estate. Now, entering her 24th year in the industry, she continues to grow and learn, positively impacting her clients and community.
Before her career in real estate, Johanneson worked at an HR consulting firm as a business analyst while earning her MBA. “Understanding the importance of customer service and selling a product that operates as it should was a great experience,” she says. She still uses these customer service skills in her real estate career by continually going above and beyond to help her clients achieve their goals.
2024 marked another outstanding year in Johanneson’s career. She maintained a top spot in her office (and ranked second in Naperville overall) by successfully closing 65 homes, totaling over $36 million in sales. “I built a team and put in the work to really build a business that reflects my core values of integrity and hard work, which has set us up for success,” she says.
Johanneson’s team consists of herself, a transaction coordinator, a marketing specialist and two additional licensed real estate brokers. Her teammates enable her to keep the business running smoothly and provide the best possible service to clients. Johanneson’s ability to delegate work to her team allows her to remain available to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
In addition to her success in real estate, Johanneson will soon celebrate the fourth anniversary of completing her first full Ironman triathlon — a 2.4-mile swim, 116-mile bike ride and 26.2-mile run.
