He credits his lengthy success in residential real estate to being detail-oriented, client-focused and having a genuine personality. “In a competitive environment, you must really focus on excellent customer service,” he says. “That produces repeat clients and referrals.”
Kelly’s background working at the most prestigious investment bank in the world trained him well in finance. “When working with clients, I understand the intricate details of finance that place my clients at ease knowing they are working with a professional,” he explains.
Kelly recently expanded his business into the Southwest Florida market, serving Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva. At the same time, he continues to serve his client base in downtown Chicago and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Clients describe Kelly as warm and friendly. He prioritizes client interests by ensuring that he is always available throughout the buying and selling process. “When I work with a client, they receive all my focus and attention until the job is complete,” he explains. “The Golden Rule is the foundation of my real estate business,” Kelly adds, noting that his personalized approach makes his clients feel understood, cared for and valued.
