Following the birth of her second child, Brenda Bill fell in love with the idea of selling homes while operating a home staging and redesign business. She built the leadership skills necessary to succeed in real estate during her 10 years working as a director of human resources and an executive director of operations.
“I love structure and always having a plan and a back-up plan,” Brenda explains. “In the world of real estate, you need to go in strong to secure a home for your clients.”
An award-winning real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, Brenda has 10 years of experience serving clientele ranging from first-time buyers and sellers to luxury clients. She also serves relocation and age 55+ clients in the west and south suburbs. Moreover, she has built a business based 100% on referrals from a network that is smaller than most agents’.
Organized, communicative, professional and able to handle stressful situations well, Brenda makes the homebuying and selling processes easy for clients. She believes that kindness goes a long way. In the last few years, she has found that if a client’s first offer was declined, being kind and understanding to the listing agent often leads to the second offer getting accepted.
Brenda has earned multiple awards throughout her career. These include the @properties Christies International Real Estate 2024 Impact Award, which recognized sales volume between $5 million and $10 million in 2024. In March of 2025, she returned to Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, the family-run business where she began her career.
Brenda enjoys volunteering with Mutual Ground, a women’s shelter, as well as supporting families of fallen police officers through C.O.P.S. In her free time, she can be found at the beach, golf course or shopping with her husband and two children
