For Alessandro Madonia, helping people buy homes isn’t just about numbers; it’s about treating clients the way he’d want to be treated. With 18 years in the mortgage business, he’s built a reputation for being honest, hardworking and all-in on every deal.

“I keep it simple,” says Madonia. “I ask myself, ‘If I were buying a home, what would I need from my advisor?’ Then I make sure to deliver exactly that.”

When he’s not working, Madonia’s all about family. He loves spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their two boys, Alessandro and Adriano. He often can be found golfing, biking, lifting weights or giving back to the community. “This industry can move fast,” Madonia remarks, “but it’s taught me the importance of slowing down and making time for what really matters — yourself and your family.”
