As team lead of the Collin Wasiak Group at Compass, Wasiak now runs a client-focused, process-driven business powered by a small but powerful team. While Wasiak manages all client-facing roles, his operations manager and transaction coordinator handle back-end logistics to ensure smooth transactions.
Wasiak’s business spans Chicago and its northern, northwestern and western suburbs, serving clients that range from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Known for his extensive market and neighborhood knowledge, which stems from visiting local attractions and regularly engaging in community events, Wasiak provides his clients with valuable insights into the areas where they might want to live, work and play.
Wasiak is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors and the Top Agent Network. He has earned multiple honors, including CAR’s Top Producing Agent designation from 2017 to 2024, Zillow’s Best in Customer Service award, and the Road to Rolex award with another firm. He has also served on industry advisory boards and in various professional networks.
Passionate about personal development, Wasiak completed the 75 Hard program in 2024 and recently again this year — accomplishments that have allowed him to reestablish healthy personal routines. He now considers himself to be in the best mental and physical shape of his life. Moreover, he reports that his transformation’s expansive impact has permeated “all aspects of living, including business.”
