Chris Knapp and Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio have witnessed the loan originators on their team take full advantage of OriginPoint’s platform, product offerings and partner relationships. By mid-2025, their team members will have already surpassed last year’s sales, outperforming year-over-year sales and current goals.

Collaboration drives everyone on Knapp and Theriault-Fazio’s team to create more value for referral partners while providing next-level service for clients. “A lot of our divisional operations team members have been with our organization for 15-20 years,” explains Theriault-Fazio, senior vice president of mortgage lending, divisional sales director and GROW mentorship director at OriginPoint. “Our loan originators are able to develop a great level of comfort with our operations staff because they know they care just as much about our referral partners and clients.”
Knapp and Theriault-Fazio have 12 and 18 years of experience with Rate Companies, respectively. They explain that their belief in the family of companies has driven their longevity with the platform, including its recent technological advances in AI assistance and the world’s first digital mortgage. “I believe that when you prioritize building strong relationships and empowering those within your network, the result is satisfied clients,” Knapp explains.
