Julie Goodyear, Real Estate Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

A seasoned real estate professional, Julie Goodyear has built a nearly 30-year track record of delivering results and cultivating lasting client relationships across Chicago’s western suburbs. Since earning her license in 1998, she has worked full time in residential real estate, steadily growing her business through dedication, market knowledge and integrity. After moving from Evanston to Geneva in 1999, she raised four children while establishing herself as a trusted local expert known for her personal approach and deep commitment to her clients.

Goodyear knows the western suburbs not from reading maps and listings but from living in the area and experiencing all it has to offer. She’s familiar with all the communities in the western suburbs — including Geneva, St. Charles, Batavia, Elburn, Sugar Grove, Yorkville and West Chicago — and brings that firsthand experience to every client conversation. “I’ve lived it,” she says, “so I know it.”

Goodyear listens closely, keeps people in the loop and never pressures. She’s worked with the same local inspectors, contractors and attorneys for years and stays on top of every step of the process — from staging to closing. She has been featured by Top Agent Magazine, Chicago magazine and the American Institute of Real Estate Agents and regularly ranks among the top 5% of brokers in Kane County. But awards aren’t what matters most to her. “The high points in my career aren’t about celebrities or media features,” she shares. “They’re the moments when I helped someone achieve their dream.”

Outside of work, Goodyear is deeply invested in her community. She’s a member of the Geneva Garden Club and serves on the board of Geneva’s International Cultural Exchange Committee. She also supports Habitat for Humanity, the nonprofit organization to which her family donated the Stroop House in her hometown of West Lafayette, Indiana. When she’s not with clients, she’s likely walking her goldendoodle, Stella, or spending time with her grown children.
