Zach Otten is the team’s waterfront and Northern Illinois specialist, while Andrew Rurey specializes in investors and construction. Beth Peyer focuses on first-time buyers, and Isabelle Carter serves as the condo specialist. Steven Warner assists transplants from Illinois to Wisconsin looking for a “lake life.” Labus herself focuses mainly on local and out-of-state sellers who need a skilled advocate on their side.

Labus and the Starboard Group have been voted “Best Realtor” in Geneva Lakes every year since 2018 by the Lake Geneva Regional News. They have been recognized as “Top Realtor/Real Estate Team” in Walworth County since 2016 by the Janesville Gazette. “We have systems in place that offer solutions that no other agent or team can offer,” Labus says. “We take work seriously, but we also have fun together — our weekly team meetings are full of laughs and jokes, and we hold appreciation events quarterly because we love to spend time together with our clients.”
Portside Vacation Rentals (an ancillary service to Starboard Group’s sales) was established for clients interested in short-term rentals in the Lake Geneva area. The full-service management company assists owners with welcoming and hosting guests in Southeast Wisconsin’s lake communities.
