Stephanie Parent, Realtor

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

After 23 years in the area, Stephanie Parent has planted deep roots in Lake Geneva. From first owning a second home on Lake Delavan to eventually becoming a full-time resident of Geneva National in 2005, Parent is as much a part of the lake community as it is a part of her. And because she has experience as both a second-home buyer and a longtime resident, she serves both types of clients with confidence.

After learning about each client’s lifestyle, style, likes and dislikes, Parent walks the person throughout the local market and the unique aspects of each area. “I use heavy statistics to show market activity, including recent sales, to give my clients all the information they need to make smart, informed decisions when buying, selling or investing in our market,” she says. She adds that getting to know her clients also allows her to introduce them to local businesses that will make their new home truly feel like home.

Parent’s enthusiasm for home design and architecture began long before she entered the real estate business. For 20 years, she was a sales executive for home design products such as lighting and finishes while simultaneously serving as a co-general contractor on several personal homebuilding projects. During that time, the negotiation skills she developed closing multimillion-dollar deals with mass-market retailers merged with her love for home construction and design to lead her to a real estate career in her beloved hometown of Lake Geneva.

Specializing in lakefronts, second homes, new construction and the Geneva National community, Parent has received multiple awards from @properties Christie’s International Real Estate every year since 2016 and has been named to RealTrends’ “America’s Best” list five times. In her spare time, she loves boating on Lake Geneva, golfing at Geneva National, and running and walking the lake path.
