Kim Heller, Real Estate Broker

Baird & Warner

With two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Kim Heller of Baird & Warner is a force to be reckoned with.  She is a seasoned professional who consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, whether they’re buying, selling or investing. Her sharp negotiation skills and unwavering dedication have earned her recognition as a top-producing agent in the Baird & Warner Downers Grove office, and she’s consistently achieved Founder’s Club status, which is comprised of the top-performing agents in the company. As an industry veteran, Heller is often tapped to provide insight based on her years of experience in real estate, having recently been quoted in the June 2024 edition of the AARP Bulletin, giving advice to buyers considering new-construction homes.  As a firm believer in the power of real estate to build and grow wealth, Heller walks the walk as the owner of a vacation cabin in North Carolina that she frequently rents out to travelers from all over the country.

Before embarking on her successful real estate career, Heller worked in accounting and then in the health and fitness industry for 12 years, honing her skills in client relations and business management. This diverse background has equipped her with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of her clients’ needs.

Affectionately known as the “Queen of Westmont,” Heller is deeply invested in her community. She actively supports local organizations such as the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Westmont Rotary and sponsors many community events, including Westmont Cruisin’ Nights, Taste of Westmont and Westmont pub crawls.

Originally from the Quad Cities, Heller moved to the Chicagoland area in 1986 with her husband and settled in Westmont in 1994, where they raised their two daughters. She is now a proud grandmother to twin boys and two granddaughters and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, working out and watching her favorite sports teams (go Cubs!).
