With 22 years of experience, Brandie Malay Siavelis brings a hands-on approach and a wealth of expertise to clients in Lake Geneva. She previously worked for a company that managed high-end construction loans until they were bought out, at which time she pivoted to brokerage. When the Sept. 11 tragedy happened, she realized she wanted to return to her Midwestern roots. She moved to Chicago thereafter and has practiced real estate in the city, on the North Shore and now in Wisconsin.
Serving a broad spectrum of real estate clientele, Siavelis says, “My level of service is unmatched. I do anything necessary to prepare a home for sale and stay engaged through every step of the buying and selling process.” Her reputation leads to most of her clients coming by way of referral. Always holding clients’ best interests in high esteem, she helps exceed their goals and expectations by utilizing creativity and firm negotiation skills. She also has often been applauded for her fun nature and ability to form genuine connections.
Siavelis’ extensive experience has led to involvement in three different real estate television shows — two on HGTV and one on the Bravo network. She has produced more than $400M in sales throughout the course of her career and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Accredited Staging Professional. She is most proud to have recently secured the Aloha Lodge listing, as it’s one of her favorite lakeside properties and the sellers are supporters of the Water Safety Patrol.
Siavelis finds much joy in watching her sons play sports, and she’s an avid traveler and fan of the Grand Cayman Islands. She sits on the board of the Women’s Guild at her church and was a board member at her children’s school. She’s also a staunch supporter of dog rescues.
