After 35 years in the industry, mortgage lending is like breathing to Teresa Giannini. She’s the vice president of mortgage lending at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, and she’s seen it all over three decades. She’s known as a knowledgeable, straightforward and no-nonsense professional who stops at nothing to get the job done. “Clients have total faith in getting to a closing when working with me,” she says. “I’m on 24/7.”
Giannini has earned many top-producer awards throughout her career, as well as the Guaranteed Rate Affinity Service Care Award. She says she couldn’t do it without the support of her team, which includes a sales assistant, a processor, a loan coordinator, a production manager, a marketing team and closers. “They make the magic happen with me every step of the way,” she shares.
A portion of every one of Giannini’s commissions goes to the Guaranteed Rate Foundation, which provides financial support to individuals working to overcome extraordinary hardships.
Giannini’s proudest accomplishment of the past year was purchasing her second home in Florida. She loves to play pickleball, golf, bike, read, travel, entertain at her home and spend time with family and friends.
