Founded in spring 2023, Riverwalk Partners hit the real estate market described as an innovative, collaborative and cohesive set of individuals. The group, 15 strong and growing, began with founding partners Karen McCabe, Jennifer Schmidt, Beth Hunt, Gina Woo, Toni Spena, Al Gould, Xin Batino, Cathy Barker, Sally Leoni and Deepti Mishrikotkar. Soon after, Venkat Talari, Doris Aniolkowska, Ciler Kose, Cheryl Sturt and Christina Vaughan joined as partners.
A unique characteristic of the partnership is that all members are equal within the group and share responsibility of the leadership role. Collectively, they bring more than 150 years of experience in the real estate industry, with an average of more than 10 years per partner. Their experience includes global luxury, residential, new construction, commercial and investment sales and leasing. The group also includes managing brokers and will soon expand into Wisconsin and Florida with Coldwell Banker Realty.
Working throughout the Chicagoland market, Riverwalk Partners is a diverse collective of agents fluent in multiple languages including Polish, Italian, Turkish, French, Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Marwadi, Gujarati and Telugu. Collaboration is one of their greatest strengths; their different backgrounds and experiences allow them to approach varied real estate scenarios together with experience and expertise.
The group points to the ability to leverage Coldwell Banker’s significant marketing ability, educational opportunities and administrative support as key to making Riverwalk Partners a strong competitor in strength and growth potential. Positioning managing partners as transaction coordinators and social media developers also will allow Riverwalk Partners to provide seamless transaction experiences even in the most difficult situations. Most of all, the partners say they feel fortunate to work closely with those they admire and call friends.
