A 22-year real estate veteran, Niko Apostal grew up in Lincoln Park and graduated from Boston University. Facing a dire job market after the events of Sept. 11, he jumped at the opportunity to work as an assistant to his mother, who had been working in Chicago real estate since 1974. A dedicated expert with multiple professional certifications and credentials, Apostal notes, “It’s a joy each day to be able to bring my decades of experience and community network together to help our clients, neighbors and team members further their goals and dreams.”
Associate broker Meg Tange specializes in the client experience, tailoring each client’s journey to their unique circumstances from start to finish. Elise Shell, a visionary director of operations, is constantly looking to the future, be it through expert business planning or her astute ability to anticipate needs.
