Creative dealmaker Mike Wolson is a solo producer with over $23 million in sales last year alone. Wolson was inducted into COMPASS’ Legend Society in 2023 and was also recognized on the Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends list of top brokers nationally. He has strong working relationships with many of the top agents in the Chicago area and loves to negotiate on his clients’ behalf.

Specializing in educating clients on different communities from Chicago to the surrounding suburbs, Wolson has honed a niche working with executives and physicians transferring to the Chicago area. His first entrepreneurial endeavor was as the owner of a recruiting firm, where he spent much of his time negotiating, marketing, interviewing and advocating for executive clientelle.
