She has over 23 years of experience as a home lending advisor, and her current passion is working with first-time buyers and finding the most affordable program for them. “I love working with young people and letting them see how achievable owning a home really is,” she shares.

Chapple planned on working in pharmaceutical sales and found her way into the mortgage industry as a way to gain sales experience in pursuit of that dream. Before long, she had become the top producer in her office — so she changed her plans and hasn’t looked back since. She’s now working in her dream profession and constantly being rewarded through the joys of her customers’ starting the next chapter of their lives.

Chapple has 12 years of experience being a trusted Home Lending Advisor working the entire Michiana area. From the wineries to the beaches, she loves to recommend the best local spots to all her clients. “I see this town as a tourist and make sure my customers do, too,” she says. “If you love your area and it shows, it’s easy to get people excited about taking that next step of homeownership.”

Chapple beat her own sales record from 2021 last year even working in a challenging market. Her proudest accomplishment of 2022 was helping a husband and wife in their late 70s purchase their first home when they never thought they could afford to. She does feel that all of her customers are special and goes out of her way to ensure that they have a memorable experience purchasing or refinancing their home. “After all,” she declares, “your biggest investment should be one of your best memories!”
