Dalia Metzger, Broker Associate

@properties Christie’s International

Prior work in human resources and labor relations fortified Dalia Metzger’s skills in negotiation, contract matters and navigating complex situations. She was always drawn to real estate, and as she begins her ninth year in the field, she reflects, “Being able to help clients navigate such an important, life-changing decision is incredibly rewarding.”

Metzger serves a range of clientele located primarily in Fox Valley and the western suburbs of Chicago. Her clients, almost entirely referral-based, appreciate her upfront, hands-on style; her humor; and her network of “gold standard” service providers. With each individual client, she assesses their needs, sets smart expectations and partners with them to form a communication plan. Describing her business style as professional, personable and process-driven, she says her goal is to remove stress from the transaction process.

Known as a “people person,” she credits her people skills as one of the keys to her success. When working with Metzger, the connection doesn’t end with the transaction. “It continues well beyond as a trusted advisor and friend,” she says. Being a 28-year military spouse herself — someone who’s gone through 12 unique military moves, some on a global scale — sets her apart as a broker associate who deeply understands the nuances and psychology of real estate. Last year, she achieved a personal and professional goal of producing more than $10 million in sales volume, earning red carpet recognition from her company.

In her spare time, Metzger enjoys the high quality of life offered by St. Charles. “There is no better place to live, in my opinion!” she quips. She is a member of the Planning Commission of Campton Hills Township and plays a vital role in shaping the area’s growth and development. She also carves out time every day to spend with her four Australian Shepherds and enjoys traveling “off the beaten path” with her husband.
