Adaptability is the skill she says has been most instrumental to her success, especially in real estate, where no two transactions are alike. Among the charities Geller supports with both time and money are the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to children with cancer, to which she donates a portion of each of her transactions; and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago Foundation, which gives back to local Chicago-area communities.
