Adam Nesva, Lending Advisor

JP Morgan Chase Bank

Inspired by the looks on the faces of people who had just closed on their first home, Adam Nesva left his job as a bank branch manager to work as a lending advisor at JP Morgan Chase Bank in Wilmette, Illinois. “I have always loved the housing market,” he says. “I wanted to join the lending side to help people become homeowners.”

JP Morgan Chase named Nesva a national achiever two years in a row. He is proud of his team and recognizes their role in his success. “My entire team follows my lead to deliver an amazing experience,” he says.

Nesva brings positivity and energy to every client interaction. The homebuyers he works with describe him as patient and high-energy, someone who is willing to go above and beyond. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without my referral partners and customers,” Nesva shares. Much of his business is referrals. In service ratings reported by clients, he consistently scores 95 percent to 100 percent per year in customer satisfaction. “I am known for making people feel at ease,” he explains.

During every step of the lending process, Nesva educates and empowers his clients. “In my preapproval consultation, I typically take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour explaining the process,” he says. “I am very thorough explaining how the process works … at the end [we] talk about next steps.” Every time a client closes on a home, Nesva follows up, allowing the client to share their experiences and feelings. He uses these conversations to understand client needs so that he can better serve others in the future.

Last year, Nesva got married and he and his wife bought a home together. When he is not meeting with clients in person or on the phone, Nesva enjoys working out and spending time with his family and friends.
