Known for doing whatever it takes to help his clients, Tim Sullivan is a Realtor with a can-do attitude, always ready to send that “on it” text when clients need him. His market extends from Wisconsin to the Indiana state line and everything in between, although his wheelhouse is in the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago.
Sullivan grew up in the southwestern suburbs and knows the area intimately. For the past 17 years, he’s resided in the Lincoln Park area and has fallen in love with all the community has to offer. He shares that passion with his clients every day.
Thanks to Sullivan’s background in construction, he has no qualms about getting a little dirty while finding the right property for his clients. “No stones left unturned when we are viewing a property,” he insists.
While the pandemic introduced new challenges to the real estate industry, Sullivan says he feels lucky to have clients who trust him to help them through trying times. Despite setbacks, he earned the rank of No. 2 agent in his Baird & Warner branch, an office comprising over 120 agents. Additionally, Sullivan annually ranks in the top 100 companywide for Baird & Warner, and placed in the top 2% at the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, which has over 20,000 members.
Sullivan’s accomplishments have placed him in the Baird & Warner Founder’s Club for five years running, but his ultimate goal is to be an agent that clients can turn to as a close friend. He does so with seamless transactions and a lighthearted, witty attitude that makes clients comfortable and confident.
At the end of the day, Sullivan is grateful for the support he receives from his family, friends and industry peers. “They’ve supported me and encouraged me in every move I have made in real estate,” he says. “Without these people, I am not as fortunate as I am today in my career.”
