With a team of self-motivated, organized, problem solvers, The Wexler Gault Group with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate is ambitious, driven and always evolving. “Our team motivates one another and wants each member to be happy, successful and fulfilled,” the team leads say. “Our group’s platform is built on this foundation.”

Team Lead Beth Wexler is the group’s resident salesperson, who keeps clients engaged, while Team Lead Joey Gault is the problem solver of the group. Managing Partner Liz Salinas is the glue who keeps deals moving forward. They also have 13 talented brokers on the team who do their own business and contribute to the group’s overall success.

Wexler and Gault started out as city brokers, creating a successful business selling townhomes, condos, lofts and new construction around Chicagoland. Since moving to the North Shore, The Wexler Gault Group has become the No. 1 top-producing broker team in the @properties Highland Park office, an achievement they’ve held since 2013.

“Working with us is different, because we are not a one man-woman show,” they say. “With the volume we do each year, it’s impossible to handle this business on your own. The three of us divide and conquer, and we have individual strengths that blend seamlessly together.”

The team, with its stellar work ethic, has cast a wider net and expanded its reach. Currently they serve all of Chicago, up to the North Shore and out to the northwest suburbs, with dedicated brokers from the team specializing in each market.

The Wexler Gault Group continues to thrive, with over $116 million in sales in 2021. They’ve also been featured in a number of publications, including Sheridan Road Magazine, North Shore Real Producers and Chicago Social.
