The Moy Group

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Danielle Moy, Realtor

Shelly Moy, Realtor

Sean Ragee-Nelson, Realtor

Raised in Tinley Park, the Moy sisters were introduced to real estate at a young age as they tagged along with their father William, a Realtor, to open houses and showings. Both Danielle and Shelly Moy built on that experience after college and went into real estate. “We love to help people get to the next chapter of their lives,” the Moys agree. “We provide a seamless experience for our clients by maintaining constant accessibility throughout the process that lasts long after the transaction is complete.”

Together with their colleague Sean Ragee-Nelson, they make up The Moy Group which is the No. 1 team at Orland Park’s @properties Christie’s International Real Estate office. With 30 years of combined experience, they serve buyers, sellers and investors throughout Orland Park, Tinley Park and surrounding southwest  suburbs. They work toward a common goal and cover for one another to provide customers with what they deserve. “Our clients are our top priority,” they explain. “We are very big on following up and ensuring that everyone is informed throughout the entire process.” Their extensive market knowledge and great negotiating skills help the Moy Group in being victorious in multiple offer situations for buyers and also collecting top dollar for sellers.

With 90% of their business from referrals, The Moy Group closed 288 transactions totaling over $78 million in 2021 and named one of Crain’s Most Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers in 2022. The Moy sisters are members of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and, along with Ragee-Nelson, enjoy giving back to the community by donating a portion of their commission to local charities. Known for their organizational skills, extreme promptness and professionalism, The Moy Group has over 250 5-star ratings on Zillow reviews.

When not working, the three enjoy spending time outdoors, exercising and traveling. They also agree on the importance of spending time with their friends and families.
