Christopher Stephens started his real estate career in 2006 but found a passion for the industry long before that. Involvement in the Chicago real estate market goes back generations in Stephens’ family, dating back to the 1920s.

Since joining the industry, he has partaken in over 300 transactions as an agent and has been a managing broker in Chicago and on the North Shore since 2013. Stephens has spent the last five years on the Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty Executive Team and as the designated managing broker of the Evanston, Winnetka and Barrington offices.

A teacher and mentor at heart, Stephens hosts regular accountability groups as well as one on one business coaching and training to help agents implement marketing and strategic planning to increase their business. He has served on the board of directors for the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR) since 2017 and was the 2019-2020 board president. He was even named NSBAR Realtor of The Year in 2021. Not only does he specialize in residential sales, but he also has worked on several development and mixed-use projects, new-construction developments, land acquisitions and condo deconversions.

With a passion for coaching, Stephens enjoys managing and mentoring real estate professionals to maximize potential and lead them on a path to success in their careers. He has coached several Rookie of the Year award winners and prides himself on always being available to properly support his agents with working knowledge and helping agents grow their business. He has aligned himself with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty because he believes that luxury is not a price point, but a level of service and a lifestyle.
