A Chicago transplant since 1997, Susan Morrow worked in commercial lighting and design early in her career. Little did she know at the time that learning the principles of design and how light can transform a space would give her a competitive advantage later in her career trajectory. At a point when she was contemplating change in her professional life, a friend in real estate suggested she would be a good fit for the industry. Morrow has excelled in real estate for the past 20 years, setting herself apart with strong negotiation skills and personalized service.
With a largely referral-based business in the residential sector, Morrow strives for optimal success with each client. A true specialist, she serves everyone from first-time to luxury homebuyers and sellers, helping Chicagoans in River North, Lakeview, Bucktown and other nearby areas through every step of the process. She begins every new engagement with either a video call or an in-person meeting to gauge needs, set expectations and answer any questions. Her effective communication and follow-up make it clear to Morrow’s clients that she is passionate about her career and providing them an attentive experience that is backed by her breadth of knowledge. One of her most unique skills is her ability to help couples get on the same page and find properties that best suit them individually and as a unit. Her successes have been recognized by Baird & Warner with inclusion in its Founder’s Club and commendation as a Five Star Professional.
Morrow is a board chair for the organization SketchPad, a Jewish coworking and incubator space located in Ravenswood. SketchPad helps organizations learn to better engage and collaborate in philanthropy. She also recently joined the regional board of Israel Tennis & Education Centers, a group that uses tennis to provide mental health, community and social services to more than 20,000 children throughout Israel each year. In her leisure time, she likes travel, cooking and skiing, and enjoys quality time with family and friends.
