Steering his clients on the rollercoaster ride of buying or selling a home, Noé Fragoso is a fearless and patient guide, helping others achieve their real estate goals within and around West Chicagoland and the suburbs. Growing up in Northlake before becoming a student at Loyola University, Fragoso, a broker associate with Northlake Realtors and leader of the Noé Fragoso Team, is well acquainted with everything the city has to offer.
Prior to entering the real estate industry 11 years ago, Fragoso was a full-time truck driver, taking on the position to help out his parents financially instead of graduating college. “Growing up, I saw my parents work hard to put a roof over our heads,” explains Fragoso, noting that he too has made sacrifices along the way. “This has allowed me to be in tune with the feelings and emotions that my clients are going through.”
After seven years on the road, Fragoso knew it was time to pivot to a new career and got his real estate license. “Regardless of the obstacles life puts in your path, whatever you can dream you can achieve,” says Fragoso.
Recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as one of the Top 250 Latino Agents in the Nation and the Top 50 in the Midwest every year since 2016, Fragaso has built a 90% referral-based business solely on his reputation. In 2021, with the help of two buyer agents, two administrators and one operations officer, Fragoso closed 120 sales, breaking a longtime goal of surpassing 100 successful transactions and earning them a spot among the Top 1% Transactions by a Small Team as named by Mainstreet Platinum.
Fragoso is a member of the NAHREP and a newly appointed real estate coach for Danny Morel’s Real Estate coaching program. He is also a proud dad of his baby daughter, Sol, and he and his wife are excited to welcome their second daughter.
