A seasoned professional with 20 years of experience, Natasha Robinson, originating manager of her brand at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, leads a large team of professional loan officers and junior loan officers who strive to help their clients build generational wealth through homeownership.
Robinson was inspired to enter the world of lending to help pay for a renovation project she was completing on a three-unit property. The first business she interviewed with was a mortgage company, and it was love at first sight. “My goal was to be a financial advisor,” she says. “By helping with the lending portion of clients’ financial goals, I was able to stay on track with my own goals.”
A good problem solver and hard worker, Robinson has been a member of the Guaranteed Rate President’s Club for the past five years and a Top 1 Percent Originator for the past four years. In 2022, Natasha made Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s highest level, Chairman Circle. Her branch is licensed in more than 28 states and specializes in renovation loans, new construction, FHA, VA, conventional, down payment assistance and jumbo loans.
Even with an impressive volume of $87 million in loans in 2021, she is determined to further grow her business. A goal-oriented leader, she strives to streamline her business, become as knowledgeable as possible on guidelines to better accommodate her partners and their clients, and have fun while doing so.
