Kendra Schultz, Real Estate Broker

After realizing she had the drive and skills to build her own business and go above and beyond for clients, broker Kendra Schultz made her way into real estate. Her career began under the mentorship of her aunt, Amy Lorentsen, a top agent at Baird & Warner. She taught Schultz how to care for her clients and ensure they achieve their housing dreams and goals.

Schultz works mostly with clients in the western and northwestern suburbs of Chicago, and prides herself on being there for them every step of the way. Her clients appreciate her responsiveness and local expertise, and her ability to connect people to one another and to fabulous homes.

“Buying and selling homes can be a stressful time. I joke with my clients that I’m half a therapist,” Schultz says. Her goal is always to make her clients feel comfortable and help them end in a place that’s truly right for them. “I also love marketing. My brain is fascinated with ways to create buzz and excitement, market products and people, create events to connect in your community and with people … I feel like this is the perfect job for me, combining all these aspects.”

Saying she’s extremely proud of how well she’s navigated the intense market of the past several years, Schultz stays active in finding properties and works to get her clients in as some of the first to see homes. “I’m also proud of telling my clients to walk away when needed,” she says. “I really don’t believe in just making a sale, and don’t ever want to see my clients in an uncomfortable position.”

Schultz always strives to go the extra mile for her clients and business. “I study my job. I evolve and grow with it. I am a fabulous negotiator and I counsel my clients well.” she says. “I really love where I live and my community, and I work to make it all the absolute best possible, in every way.”
