She’s a rising star in the real estate industry who’s taking the Chicago area by storm. Specializing as a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, Nancy Abuali serves the northwestern and northern suburbs of Chicago. While she’s experienced with other products, her business is mostly single-family homes. Her customers range from first-time buyers to luxury homebuyers.

In two years, Abuali has already received professional recognition for her work. In 2022, she was a featured top agent in Top Agent Magazine, and her brokerage nominated her for Rookie of the Year. Abuali is also on the Members Benefits Advisory Group for the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.

Abuali’s clients become her friends. She believes that her ability to put herself in her clients’ shoes is her biggest asset. “Buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful things a person can go through,” she says. “I consider it my primary obligation to lessen that stress.” Her previous experience as a business owner is also beneficial. “I’ve always known how to go above and beyond for my clients and why it’s important,” she explains. “My confidence and strong work ethic have served me well in this career.” Abuali also attributes her success to the unconditional love and support of her husband and sons.

Because real estate was a career change for Abuali, she’s been instrumental in inspiring others to take the leap. That includes writing a book to encourage aspiring Realtors and starting a scholarship program for those lacking the funds to begin a real estate career.

Above all, Abuali strives to maintain a balanced life. “I enjoy working hard, but I incorporate fun, relaxation and prayer into my routine,” she says. “It’s my life’s goal to be happy. If I’m unhappy, there’s no point in anything material.”
