A Chicago resident for over 30 years, Matthew Levin, real estate broker for HomeSmart Connect, has a passion for helping others find their dream homes in the city he’s enjoyed for so long. Originally starting in property management, Levin’s investment expertise quickly rose to the occasion, which he utilizes to help his clients make the most out of every transaction. “I grew a passion for investment properties,” he says. “I then realized I wanted to help people find their own properties and new streams of business.”
With trust and dependability at the center of his business model, Levin does his best to relate to his clients, which allows them to feel comfortable and trust that he is doing what’s best for them. “I know that buying a home comes with a lot of stress, and for that reason, I try to be easy going and take pressure off of my clients’ backs whenever possible,” he says.
When the pandemic held most brokers back, Levin used his tech-savvy background to elevate his business. Beginning with simply meeting with clients over Zoom, he has now completely revamped his investment tools. “Technology has taken on a life of its own in today’s world,” he says. “Understanding how to use the tools at our fingertips has helped me have a far greater reach to real estate.”
Client satisfaction has become Levin’s top priority. Knowing that the goals of others are his own in the real estate business, he never hesitates to go the extra mile. “I will sacrifice whatever it takes to get my clients what they want,” he says. “All I want is for my clients to be truly happy and get what they want in the long run.”
