Caroline Chambers, Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

For Caroline Chambers, an award-winning broker for Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, emotional intelligence is her “superpower” when it comes to serving her clients in the North Side and North Shore areas of Chicago. A recipient of her firm’s Platinum Volume award in 2021, Chambers is also a member of the Top Agent Network, the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Though her career in real estate blossomed five years ago, Chambers is no stranger to the Chicago area. “I have lived in Gold Coast, Lakeview and now, North Center neighborhoods,” she explains. “I grew up in the western suburbs, but I have lived in the city for over 25 years and have now lived in the North Center neighborhood for 18 years.” Coming from a local family of teachers, Chambers adds, “I am big on educating my clients on the process and the current market conditions. I like my clients to be prepared for scenarios so there aren’t too many surprises.”

In the past, Chambers worked as director of volunteers and in-house events for Misericordia Home, one of Chicago’s largest not-for-profits agencies; prior to that, she was membership director for Mid-Town Athletic Club. As she sees it, “Both roles were high-touch, service-oriented and required a high level of emotional intelligence. I am a relationship-driven agent. I keep in touch with clients post-close and really get to know my clients during the process.”

Chambers spends her free time pursuing her passions. An avid fitness enthusiast, she regularly engages in Pilates, tennis, and platform tennis when she is not busy as a Bell Elementary School and DePaul College Prep benefactor. She also adores spending time with her children, who she considers to be her “greatest accomplishment.”
