For 17 years, eXp Realty’s Kevin Kelly has served clients in Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. He’s also licensed in Florida, serving their Southwest market. Specializing in single-family homes, condos and townhomes, he works primarily with real estate buyers and sellers, property-management clients and Realtors expanding their businesses. His team also utilizes technology to greatly benefit their clients. “I could help people buy, sell, invest and manage homes anywhere in the United States and across the globe,” he states.
Kelly’s a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, Sanibel-Captiva Realtor Association and Royal Palm Coast Association in Southwest Florida. CAR recognized him with their Top Producer award in 2016.
Once Kelly understands his clients’ goals, he makes them a reality with his in-depth market knowledge, extensive finance background and experience in property management and renovation. That’s why he’s risen to the top of the industry. When working with clients, he follows the Golden Rule. “I treat each client exactly how I’d like to be treated. Serving others and giving back is the foundation of Kelly’s life. “I enjoy helping people, and real estate has been my vehicle to help and serve others,” he relates. This plays out in his personal life, too. He graduated from Liberty University with a master’s degree in Christian ministry. “I take great joy in sharing the Gospel with other people,” he shares. In addition, he’s a trainer for the Tony Robbins Organization and works to provide Chicago Police Officers with rifle-proof vests and emotional and spiritual support.
