Kendra Green’s passion for real estate started in her younger years when she visited open houses with her grandmother. Her parents built their house from the ground up, and this memory is what shaped her passion for real estate, especially new construction and renovations. “I love everything about new construction or a good remodel,” says Green, a broker associate with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.
Green is a full-service, full-time real estate broker who has been serving Chicago for the past eight years. She specializes in residential, new construction and investments. She is passionate about creating a stress-free and enjoyable process for all her clients. “Buying or selling a home, property or even parcel of land can be a very emotional journey, and I like to be sure my clients are 100 percent confident in their decisions at the end of the day,” says Green.
She has a true passion for new construction and has worked on several projects over her past five years with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “Helping new construction buyers and developers through the entire process is something I love doing,” Green says. “In new construction, I get to see the project through its entirety from parcel purchase, site plans, construction, selections and closings.” This decision-making throughout the life of the project gives Green a competitive edge. Having knowledge and experience on the development side, Green knows exactly what to look for in resale properties, guiding her clients as they navigate the buying or selling process.
Green and her husband, who also works in real estate, planted roots in Chicago in 2021, after being here for eight years. They welcomed both of their kids during the pandemic and were fortunate enough to spend a lot of family time with their daughter and son. They are excited their kids get to learn about all things real estate and take pride in teaching them about what they have found so much passion doing. In their free time you can find them biking the 606 Trail, indulging in ice cream at Margie’s Candies, visiting some of the top-rated restaurants in Chicago or vacationing anywhere warm.
