Spaniak shares her hard-earned wisdom with other agents in her book, “How to Build a Rock Star Real Estate Team Without Going Crazy,” and by teaching. For the past three years, she has taught classes to eXp agents across the country on topics ranging from “Succeeding at Open Houses” to “Never Paying for a Lead Again” to “Becoming Local Famous” and “Building a Real Estate Team.” Of the brokerage’s 82,000 agents, she is recipient of the 2021 Icon Instructor of the Year award.
President-elect of the North Shore Barrington Association of REALTORS®, Spaniak has served on its board of directors for the past three years. One of her goals for the upcoming term is to promote collaboration between agents and brokerages so they build each other up rather than acting like competitors.
