When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, the real estate industry, like many other industries, had to pivot. That’s when Kacia Snyder demonstrated her quick thinking and tenacity while assisting luxury clients, first-time buyers, and investors.
Today, she continues to thrive professionally, having more than doubled her business in 2021. The Chicago Association of Realtors recognized her with its Top Producer Award, and she’s also a Top 25 producer at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.
“I enjoy connecting with people and truly understanding their needs prior to beginning the home search or sale process,” Snyder explains. Clients appreciate her laid-back style, rapid response time and excellent communication skills. Keeping clients in the loop makes her easy to work with and helps transactions proceed smoothly. “It’s an exciting experience to buy or sell a home, but it can also be unwanted stress,” she admits. “I strive to provide realistic expectations, knowledge and transparency, and I always remain optimistic, confident and patient.” Her client-focused approach also makes them feel cared for. “I aim to give my clients my undivided attention throughout every stage of the transaction. I want each client to feel like they are my only client,” she insists.
Above all, Snyder believes her hard work sets her apart. “There are a million other brokers out there, but I can confidently say that I’m the hardest worker in the room,” she declares. I attribute my success to my strong work ethic and to providing outstanding service to each and every client.” That’s why she’s able to develop strong, lasting relationships with her clients that extend well beyond the closing table. “This is what excellent, five-star service is about,” she emphasizes. “I don’t care about the dollar amount of the transaction. I care about how happy my clients are with my service. This is how I measure my success.”
