Chicagoland natives Elliot Small and Olivia Stohle, brokers of the Elliot Small Group at Compass, have a lifetime of experience and knowledge backing their clients up during their transactions.

Growing up with a grandfather in real estate, Small, who is from the north suburbs, learned how the industry worked from various perspectives. “I observed my grandfather’s involvement in a variety of real estate ventures,” he says. “I learned how essential relationships are, and the importance of being a trusted and knowledgeable resource.” Coming out of college, Small started his career in the city and expanded his reach to the North Shore. 

With a background in psychology and marketing, Stohle knows how to help her clients sell quickly and with great results. Driven by a desire to win for her clients, she brings a positive attitude to every transaction. She has a keen eye for interior design, which further helps her clients to showcase their property as best as they possibly can.

While they’re always looking forward, the Elliot Small Group consistently makes time for their clients. “We are our client’s biggest advocates and partners during the entire process.” Small says. “We are always available to make sure our clients feel supported, knowledgeable and heard throughout the entire process.” This client-based focus has earned the team the Top Producer award three times from the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Outside of the office, Elliot’s wife recently gave birth to their second son, Austin. “Becoming a father to two boys is my proudest accomplishment.” he says. Meanwhile, Olivia has been cultivating her love for interior design by helping with the lobby renovations in her condo building.
