Some 20 years ago, Domenic Noia, VP of mortgage lending with Neighborhood Loans, Inc. was 21 years old, working as a journeyman carpenter, moving from job to job, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Wanting more, Noia took a leap of faith, knowing he could one day make something of himself – so, he went all in.
After two decades in the mortgage industry, Noia has seen it all, from nerve-wracking recessions to hot markets with low rates. Today, he’s a problem solver, finding solutions to so many problems buyers face during the lending process, and his referral partners and clients love him for it. “Clients appreciate how hard we work for them,” he says. “We’re honest, direct and always make them feel like they have our undivided attention.”
“I like to think I make people comfortable, and I always do my best to help them feel secure that their decision to do business with my team and I is the right decision,” he says. “Together, my team and I have encountered just about every underwriting and processing situation there is, so we’re always prepared and anticipating ways to make the process go smoothly.” Always connected and responsive, Noia’s communicative team structure works well for everyone!
A recent recipient of his company’s Chairman’s Circle, Scotsman’s Guide’s Top Originator and Chicago’s Five Star Professional Awards, Noia says his most rewarding accomplishments are the deep relationships he continues to build day in and day out with his staff, clients and referral partners. Without their support, none of it would be possible.
“It’s all about family,” says this proud father and husband. “Whether it’s my clients, my team, or my beautiful wife and children, everyone is family. When you work with your heart and keep everyone’s best interests in mind, how can they feel like anything less than family?”
