Straight-shooter Dan Fowler is a born and raised Chicagoan who has lived in many neighborhoods over the years. He knows the markets, the school districts, and the unique experiences each area in his city has to offer. He likes to meet with clients over coffee, and has become such good friends with some of his clients that he’s been included in celebrations like weddings and birthday parties.

Fowler originally got into real estate as an investor. “I started representing family, friends, and neighbors and just fell in love with the job,” he shares. “I think of it more as a passion than a job because I truly love helping people in this often difficult and stressful process.”

When it comes to experience, Fowler can’t be beat. “Having been through so many crazy situations over the years gives me an edge over a lot of agents that are newer to the industry,” he says. “Being able to get through a messy and tough deal takes a lot of nerve and experience.”

In 2022, Fowler ranked in the Top 250 Chicago Brokers for sales volume in Chicago Real Producers Magazine for the second year in a row. He’s also been recognized as a CAR Top Producer eight years running.

Currently, Fowler leads a team of five agents, The Fowler Group. He and his team closed over $30 million for the second year in a row. “It’s rewarding to help them learn the business and help them navigate through tough situations that are new to them,” he says. “It’s helpful for my business to have a team of people to bounce ideas off of.”
