Team leader Cindi Sodolski got into real estate after building a new-construction home. “It was exciting getting to pick the neighborhood, the exterior, all of the finishes,” she recalls. “It gave me the opportunity to work with designers and developers, which was intriguing to me.” This taste of the real estate industry, combined with her love for her community and love of helping people succeed, made Sodolski realize real estate was the perfect career for her.
As a mother of four, including triplets, Sodolski is well versed in Chicago Public Schools and an active member of many committees, including Room Mom, Inclusion Committee, Auction Committee and Fundraising Committee. She’s also a founder of the Lane Tech Football Fundraising/Sponsorship program. She says her knowledge of Chicago Schools and the neighborhoods that surround them make her the ideal agent to work with people who are looking to call Chicago home.
Sodolski has been featured twice on HGTV’s House Hunters and has racked up a number of impressive awards, including gold, silver and bronze awards for volume and units by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. She was recognized as one of America’s Best Realtors by Newsweek and has earned the Five Star Real Estate Award from Chicago Magazine every year since 2016. In addition, her team was named one of the top teams of 2020 by Chicago Magazine and The Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends.
Collaboration with her dedicated team allows Sodolski to provide extra support to her clients. With a combined 21 years in real estate, she and her team have a wide range of backgrounds but come together as trustworthy, hardworking agents.
