A team is only as good as the sum of its parts and the Cartwright Home Team of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate brings a lot of experience and talent to the transaction table. For starters, all five team members grew up in the northwest suburbs. Some of them have lived in the city and all of them have intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods in both locations that clients wish to call home. A few of them are relatives or lifelong friends and everyone makes clients feel like part of the team.
Team leader/broker/Realtor Laura Cartwright, a former special education teacher, understands that working with a team allows her to give clients the specialized attention and planning they deserve. A top producing broker, @properties Road to Rolex and Founders Club award-winner, Cartwright is joined on the team by her husband, broker/general contractor Jason Cartwright.
Jason respects the position of team player—he played football at Indiana University. Clients can count on him to see beyond what meets the eye. He thrives on teaching buyers how to earn instant equity and create a home that is custom and original.
“Jason has an infinite amount of connections to contractors and his clients reap the benefits,” boasts Laura.
Alex Kozak, broker/realtor, brings a background in multimedia and web design to real estate. Her top priority is making sure each client’s needs are met first, while building a relationship based on communication and trust.
Courtney Bresnen, staging and design specialist, has a way of connecting with every client she meets. “She has a creative eye, which benefits clients tremendously, from staging to selling to helping them pick out finishes for their homes,” Laura says. “People know they can trust her, and she always has their best interests at heart.”
Kelly Barista, transaction coordinator, is the thread that holds the team together. She keeps track of all the small details involved in successfully closing a transaction.
