In her role as vice president of agent development for Coldwell Banker Realty’s City Central Region, Scheid provides unmatched marketing support, meaningful coaching and personalized attention. Collaborative to the core, her focus is to bring her agents to the next level, helping them grow their business and enhance their skillsets. She works to meet agents where they are to help them get where they want to go. Dedicated to building a strength-based culture, Scheid taps into her passion for coaching individuals in the industry to help them find and articulate their value proposition.
Active within the broader real estate community, Scheid dedicates time to the Chicago Association of Realtors as a director on the group’s board of directors. She is also chair-elect for the association’s charitable foundation and chair of its political action committee, engaging agents in ongoing legislation, education and networking. She is committed to volunteer work, including her most recent role as president of the Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity’s Young Professionals board, which combines her love for real estate and her dedication to affordable housing.
In her new role as incoming chair of the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, she is proud to work with her fellow board members to bring much needed aid to the local housing-related charities across Chicagoland. She is honored to have been awarded the 2018 Chicago Agent magazine’s Charitable Service Award.
