Lisa Rudisel, Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Lisa Rudisel loves every aspect of real estate: the relationships and the homes that inspire her creativity, as well as putting a deal together and seeing it through. “There is never a dull moment,” says Rudisel, a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “For me, that is perfection.”

Rudisel, who serves both buyers and sellers in the city, North Shore and western suburbs, has developed lasting relationships with her clients, all of whom are now referral-based.

Rudisel joined Jameson Sotheby’s in 2021 after 15 years with @properties, where she received the firm’s 2015 Road to Rolex award commemorating the first time she sold $10 million in properties in one year. She also reached top producer status and earned internal sales awards while there.

A 20-year resident of Chicago, Rudisel skipped college and became interested in real estate after working in sales for a developer. She became a licensed, independent real estate broker in 2005 when the market was hot and assisted in the sale of $15 million to $20 million worth of properties a year until the Great Recession, which she weathered by providing assistant services to top-producing agents until the market rebounded.

Rudisel lends her natural staging talents to sellers, so much so that they often joke about having second thoughts about selling because of the positive changes she makes to their properties. Supportive and energetic, she is an expert at problem-solving and dedicated to keeping transactions stress-free for clients.

Rudisel makes sure her buyers and sellers are as confident and informed as possible before it’s decision-making time. “My goal is to educate, guide and fight for all their needs and wishes,” she says. “But at the end of the day, the decision is theirs.”
