Serving buyers, sellers and investors in the northwestern suburbs, Perricone specializes in single-family homes, condos, active adult communities and rentals. Crediting a childhood spent in her family’s restaurant business as her first education in customer service, she demonstrates an unparalleled dedication and loyalty to her clients.
Inspired to join the real estate industry three years ago thanks to a friend’s encouragement, Perricone earned her license and found her calling. “It’s been a natural fit, considering my love for domesticity, design and decor,” she reflects, adding that the combination of her analytical and methodical way of conducting business and her extroverted personality make for a fun and efficient process. “The relationships I have with clients are a balance of firm and direct, warm and fuzzy. We are going to talk about the market, pricing strategies and interest rates, but we are also going to talk about what we ate for dinner last night and how the kids’ ballgames went.”
In 2020, Perricone received a Key Award from d’aprile properties. Her business, for its part, is based on referrals and repeat clients. “I am especially proud that I have grown my business year after year while raising three busy boys,” she says.
Outside of work, Perricone can be found at her sons’ sporting events or at home cooking for and entertaining her friends and family. “My goal,” she shares, “is that every client loves spending time in their home with their loved ones as I do in mine.”
