With over three decades of combined experience, the Lux Home Chicago Team at @properties, with Anne Ewasko at its helm and brokers Lina Lee and Amy Pearson rounding out the group, is more than qualified to make every Chicago customer’s dreams come true.

“We’re a culturally diverse team, fluent in Mandarin, Korean and Italian, and very experienced in what it’s like to move to a new city,” they say. “We help clients navigate that process by getting to know their lifestyle and needs first and then guiding them through options.” Together, the team works diligently, with a deep understanding for each client’s needs.

“Our extensive knowledge of construction, finance and design, paired with our negotiating skills, creativity and honesty, are what sets us apart from our peers,” adds Ewasko. The 24-year veteran of real estate mentored Lee and Pearson, and the natural next step was a partnership that has allowed her to broaden her clientele base while still providing the quality of service her clients count on.

With diversity in mind, Ewasko and her team are proud members of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and strong advocates for all ethnic communities. “Our team is all about inclusion,” they proclaim, “and one of our core values is fair housing for all, ridding the industry of discriminatory practices and helping clients from all backgrounds.” With a big mission in mind, Ewasko, Lee and Pearson tackled the COVID-19 challenge with characteristic drive. “We became the Zoom Queens,” they laugh now. But they also supported one another, including when Lee experienced her own battle with COVID. Transitioning all processes to become safely mobile was just another way this team hit their stride — together.

“I’ve seen plenty of crazy things happen over this past year,” says Ewasko of their shared goal. “By making the process smooth and keeping our clients happy, we’re doing our job.”
