There is nothing more rewarding to Lisa Reznick than seeing the look on a buyer’s face when she has found them the perfect home.
Reznick, a broker with @properties, has worked in real estate since 2011 and has been an @properties Top Producer for about six years.
She was an S&P trader in the trading pits at The Chicago Mercantile Exchange for over 20 years, when she realized she needed to change careers. “I learned a lot about the economy, business, negotiating value and working well under pressure/stressful situations,” she says. “But real estate seemed like a natural for me; I love Chicago and real estate, and I understand and enjoy the diversity of all the different neighborhoods.”
Reznick grew up on the North Shore and has lived in the city for years — first Lincoln Park and then the Gold Coast and now Old Town. The buyers, sellers and investors she represents on the north and west sides of Chicago and throughout the North Shore say she has a talent for understanding their needs and wants.
“I hold their hand throughout the process, from our first introduction meeting to the closing and beyond,” she says. “My goal is to make it a seamless, fun, low-stress experience.”
Whether she is working with a renter or seven-figure client, she makes them all feel as if they are the only one. “I like to make my clients feel I always have their back, no matter what their desires and needs are,” she says. “I love being the point person from start to finish.”
Reznick knows the market well, has an eye for value, strong negotiating skills and a great team of attorneys, lenders, inspectors and contractors to assist clients with all of their real estate needs.
In her free time, she spends time with her 13-year-old son, volunteering at non-profit organizations, checking out great restaurants or shows , loves traveling and working out or biking along the lakefront.
