“Real estate is in my bones,” Rosenbloom explains. “I grew up watching my parents buy residential properties as investments, fix them up and resell them for significant profits. They did the work themselves, I helped and we all took pride in the finished product.” Early in life, she learned the difference between quality workmanship and a shoddy cover-up, quickly realizing where money should and should not be spent to maximize an investment.
Later on, Rosenbloom applied that product knowledge to development planning and pricing, which has led to relationships with landowners, investors and builders.
