Helping clients fully understand the market and make smart decisions based on the facts is what drives Ledio Samarhiu’s passion for real estate.
Samarxhiu, a broker with RE/MAX Next, serves sellers and investors across Chicagoland, with a focus on the North Side and downtown markets. Many of his clients have decades of ownership or investment experience. “My clients know how hard I work to get them the best outcome possible,” he says. “No detail is too small when it comes to taking care of a client.”
Once Ledio Samarxhiu transitioned his business from buyer-based to seller-based, it began to grow more quickly than ever. Clients especially appreciate his dedication and communication skills. “I bring a personalized touch to every transaction and keep my clients fully informed along the way, so they are never wondering what’s going on,” he shares. “This makes for a stress-free process in what can often be a very complicated situation.”
Knowing that every transaction requires a different approach and an understanding of the dynamics at play, Samarxhiu has the ability to get deals done on a client’s terms regardless of market conditions. Whether it’s getting a buyer’s offer accepted to avoid a bidding war during a listing’s first day on the market or guiding a seller through the inspection period without any concessions, he puts his client’s needs first and helps the person navigate difficult situations with ease.
Samarxhiu has lived in Chicago his whole life and knows his downtown and North Side territories well. At a young age, he developed an interest in real estate after helping relatives manage and lease a few investment properties. This led him to begin a career in real estate that has grown rapidly over the last six years. “Real estate has always been my main focus,” he says, noting that he earned his license while majoring in finance and real estate at DePaul University. “I was lucky enough to realize early on that real estate was what I was most passionate about and decided to follow that.”
