“I elevate the agent experience for my clients,” Duckett says. “I combine a traditional philosophy with a modern operation to deliver the latest and greatest client representation from contract to close.” Duckett attributes these high standards as the main driver of her business growth, of which 99.2% came from repeat and former client referrals.
In an industry flooded with lockboxes and voicemails, Duckett is setting herself apart from the industry and doing things a little differently. She is meticulous when showcasing listings and dedicated to ensuring her clients receive top-dollar on their sales. “I believe in being hands-on,” she says. “I am the staging consultant, the project manager and the closer.”
